Where We Ship
Processing Times
Orders are generally processed within 24-72 hours of being received Monday to Friday. Once your order has been processed for shipping, you'll receive an Order Confirmation email, along with your tracking information.
Shipping Rates
Complimentary Shipping*: Qualifying orders of $99 & up (excluding discounts and tax) will receive complimentary Canada Post Expedited Parcel™ shipping.
Canada Post Expedited Parcel™*: Shipping times will vary between 2-7 business days from processing of order depending on shipping location. A shipping cost of $15 will be applied at check-out for orders under $99 (excluding discounts and tax).
*While unlikely, shipping delays may occur due to peak seasons, holidays, unforeseen service delays, and weather conditions.
Pickup Order
Pickup is available if you wish to do contactless local pickup from Room One in Mississauga, Ontario. Orders must still be placed online. Select Pickup at checkout. DO NOT come to the studio for pickup right away. You must wait for an email confirming Your order is ready for pickup and then you MUST reply to this email with the date and time you wish to pickup and await confirmation. In most cases, same-day pickup or pickup within 24-hours can be arranged.
Lost Parcel
If your tracking information is stalled and not showing updates, or if it is indicating your package was delivered but was not, email hello@roomone.ca.
Shipping Address Error
Failing to provide an accurate shipping address may result in the parcel being delivered to the wrong address, lost, or returned to Room One. If a parcel is returned to Room One and needs to be re-shipped due to the customer's error in inputting their address correctly, a $15 shipping fee will be required to resend the parcel via Canada Post Expedited Parcel™.
Sales Tax
You will be charged the applicable sales tax of your order sub-total based on the province you reside in.
Cancel Order
Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to inquire about cancelling an order, email hello@roomone.ca.
